Job summary

ROIS in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting. The role includes troubleshooting, repairs, and supporting new installations while ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Schedule is Monday - Thursday 2:00pm - 12:30am with rotating weekends every 6-7 weeks; on-site work with emphasis on documentation and teamwork across Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and utility systems.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and on-demand maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems.
• Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs accurately.
• Support equipment installations and ongoing equipment optimization.
• Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow all safety requirements.
• Work within regulated manufacturing environments and follow SOPs.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Maintenance Mechanic)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 2:00pm - 12:30am and Rotating weekends *Every 6-7 weeks*

Pay: $35.00 - $41.16/hourly

Location: Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support our manufacturing operations by performing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, completing repairs, supporting new installations, and maintaining accurate maintenance documentation while ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative, predictive, and on-demand maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems.
• Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs accurately.
• Support equipment installations and ongoing equipment optimization.
• Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow all safety requirements.
• Work within regulated manufacturing environments and follow SOPs.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Technical Services, and other internal teams to support site operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and utility systems.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic machine controls.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 20+ lbs., climb, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to wear required PPE and work around manufacturing equipment and hazardous materials.
• Ability to maintain a sterile work environment and complete required medical surveillance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Electrical experience and refrigeration experience.
