Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Electric Mechanic B to maintain and repair plant electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in our Oregon facility. The role requires reading schematics, troubleshooting PLCs, and adhering to safety protocols.

Ideal candidates hold a vocational/technical certificate or AS degree, have 2–4 years of related experience, and are legally authorized to work in the United States. This on-site position offers hands-on training and a stable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical training or an AS degree.
• 2–4 years of related experience in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety-compliant maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems.
• Assist in preventive maintenance program to avert downtime.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical circuits.
• Read hard-wired schematics and PLC ladder diagrams.
• Train Electrical Mechanic in Training and B-level mechanics.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and tools.
