PeopleShare by PROMAN in Hackettstown, NJ is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician (Millwright) for 2nd shift. You will maintain and repair complex production equipment and systems to keep lines running smoothly with a strong focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to read schematics and control drawings. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance, millwright, mechanical, electrical, welding, machining, HVAC, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience with industrial machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, and control systems.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout, PPE, and industrial safety practices.
• Self-starter with ability to think on their feet when there isn't a manual.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair industrial production equipment, conveyors, packaging machinery, compressors, boilers, fryers, ovens, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and machine control issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Install, commission, and modify new production equipment.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to keep production running efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades.
• Maintain safety, GMP, and food manufacturing standards.

2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and repair industrial production equipment, conveyors, packaging machinery, compressors, boilers, fryers, ovens, and control systems

What We're Looking For:

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities


• Experience with industrial machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, compressors, control systems, and automated equipment


• Ability to read schematics, manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings


• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout, PPE, and industrial safety practices


• A self-starter who can think on their feet when there isn't a manual for the problem

Bonus Points For:

• Food manufacturing experience


• PLC troubleshooting or programming experience


• Welding, fabrication, machining, or electrical certifications


• Bilingual English/Spanish
