Job summary

Fort Worth Dairy Leader is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join the Maintenance Department and support plant operations in a fast-paced dairy manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of maintenance experience, strong mechanical knowledge across electrical systems, welding, fabrication, utilities, and basic PLCs, and be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of maintenance mechanic technician experience or relevant technical training/certification.
• Proficient mechanical knowledge in electrical, welding, fabrication, utilities, or basic PLCs.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and precision.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to preventative maintenance, mechanical machine repairs, inspection, and testing of equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and electrical systems in the facility.
• Troubleshoot issues and repair failures of production and facility equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Complete work orders and emergency tasks promptly and accurately.
• Support plant initiatives to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.

Our client, a leader in dairy manufacturing, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $32hr

Shift: 2nd shift Tuesday thru Saturday, 3:00pm-11:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform tasks related to preventative maintenance, mechanical machine repairs, inspection, and testing of equipment
