Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Salary: $30-38/hr Plus a $1500 Sign-on Bonus!

Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shifts

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting on various production equipment.
2. Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical systems for maintenance and repair.
3. Read and interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams and repair manuals.
4. Follow safety protocols and occupational hazard precautions.
5. Conduct unexpected repairs as needed.
6. Operate lifts and material handling tools.
7. Rig and relocate heavy machinery and components.
8. Complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
9. Record maintenance activities and manage inventory using computerized software.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of maintenance mechanic experience.
2. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
3. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical failures.
4. Steel fabrication skills including measuring, cutting, bending, and welding.
5. Knowledge of building equipment repair.
6. Must pass background check and drug screening.
