Key Responsibilities May Include:
The purpose of the role is to manage and lead the plant maintenance team to ensure the safe and efficient running of all the plant’s production equipment, facilities and building services. The role will lead process reliability systems implementation in the plant, ensures adequate processes and systems are in place to measure, track and drive continuous improvement of plant production equipment. The Industrial Maintenance Manager will implement plant preventive maintenance systems and best practice sharing with other plants of an effective maintenance program.

Compensation Statement:
The salary range for this position is $86,000 to $120,000. Compensation ranges provided take into account a wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications, geographic differentials and other business and organisational needs. Therefore, actual amounts offered may be higher or lower than the range provided. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be part of a total offering beyond medical & retirement benefits and may include other monetary incentives or business benefits.
