Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing, metal processing, or service center environment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems; electrical troubleshooting; PLC systems and industrial automation.
- Experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, and material handling systems.
Aufgaben
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians to ensure safe and effective maintenance operations.
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of decoil/blanking/cut-to-length lines, overhead cranes, CNC press brakes, and laser cutting systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain maintenance records and schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and cost reduction.
