Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift 50+ pounds and perform highly physical work throughout the shift.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead for extended periods.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload steel strut pieces (10-20 feet long) onto and off vertical plating racks
• Perform repetitive material handling tasks every 4 minutes throughout the shift
• Lift, move, and position steel bars weighing 20-30 pounds while following safety procedures
• Walk, stand, bend, reach overhead, and perform other physically demanding duties in a fast-paced production environment
