Job summary

Tulsa Welding School/Atlanta seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technology (IMT) Instructor to deliver the StrataTech Technician IMT track to client associates. The role covers electrical fundamentals, motor theory and controls, circuit protection, power transmission, and basic fluid power, with emphasis on hands-on lab work.

Responsibilities include curriculum delivery, lab management, safety compliance, student engagement, and professional client representation.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED minimum with related field experience.
Experience delivering technical curriculum to adults in classroom and lab settings.
NFPA 70E and OSHA 10 certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver assigned program curriculum in classroom and lab settings with technical accuracy and instructional clarity.
Follow the curriculum as designed and obtain approvals for deviations.
Adapt delivery style to adult learners with varying prior experience.
Prepare for each session and maintain attendance and progress records.
Identify struggling students and intervene early.
Manage lab environments, enforce safety protocols, and reset labs after cohorts.
Provide clear, actionable feedback throughout the program.
Represent StrataTech professionally in all client interactions.
