Job summary
Capital Sand Proppants LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Heavy Equipment Technician to join our maintenance team. You will diagnose and repair mechanical issues on industrial equipment, perform preventive and emergency repairs, and troubleshoot conveyor systems to keep production running safely.
The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background in manufacturing, experience with conveyors and heavy equipment, and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical background in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Experience with conveyor systems, bearings, rollers, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Experience working on heavy equipment.
- Experience maintaining and repairing tri-axle dump trucks.
- Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical problems efficiently.
- Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus.
- Valid driver's license required. CDL is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on industrial equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyor belt systems.
- Replace and maintain bearings, rollers, pulleys, and related components.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and identify effective repair solutions.
- Inspect and repair heavy equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on tri-axle dump trucks.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
