Job summary

Advance Services Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Electromechanical Tech in Gilroy, CA.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining industrial laundry machinery, including electrical and mechanical systems, PLCs, VFDs and sensors. You will read schematics and mechanical drawings, work with pneumatic/hydraulic components, and service washers, dryers, ironers, folders and conveyors.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial equipment maintenance, mechanical repair, or electromechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience maintaining industrial laundry equipment ( washers, dryers, ironers, folders, conveyors ).
• Experience with 120V, 208V, 240V and 480V industrial electrical systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, automation controls, VFDs and industrial sensors.
• Experience with electric motors, gearboxes, bearings and drive systems.
• Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain industrial laundry machinery.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs; diagnose electrical systems and control circuits.
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic components, motors and drives as needed.

• Ensure safe operation and compliance with equipment manuals and standards.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Electromechanical Tech

We are currently seeking Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Electromechanical Tech: Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, maintain industrial laundry machinery. Perform electrical and mechanical repairs. Troubleshoot electrical systems, including motors, motor starters, contractors, relays, sensors, switches, and control circuits. Diagnose and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including valves, cylinders, regulators, pumps, and associated components. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings and equipment manuals. Experience in industrial equipment maintenance mechanical repair, or electromechanical troubleshooting. Prior experience maintaining industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, ironers, folders, conveyors, and related machinery. Experience with 120V,208V,240V, and 480V industrial electrical systems. Familiarity with PLCs automation controls, VFDs and industrial sensors. Experience with electric motors, gearboxes, bearing and industrial drive systems. Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, mechanical engineering technology or related field.

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour Gilroy area Must be available to open to work any day and anytime of the week.
