Job summary

Aramark Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems at our St. Louis, MO facility.

You will support safe, reliable operations across wiring, switchgear, transformers, controls, instrumentation, lighting, and industrial equipment. Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specs.
• Knowledge of safe electrical work practices and codes.
• Proficiency with electrical testing tools, hand and power tools.
• Experience using IWMS/CMMS to document work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear communication with supervisors and operations teams.
• Ability to guide equipment operators on technical matters.
• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent preferred.
• Journeyman-level electrical credential preferred.
• Experience with instrumentation, controls, switchgear, transformers, and three-phase power.
• Experience with predictive maintenance and root-cause analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled maintenance, work orders, and electrical projects safely and on time.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and electrical code specs to diagnose issues.
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace wiring, boxes, conduits, lighting, and related components.
• Test equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance with diagnostic tools.
• Maintain and test switchgear, transformers, meters, regulators, and industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Install and calibrate instrumentation and control devices as assigned.
• Research replacement parts using manuals and resources.
• Document work, findings, parts used, and follow-up needs in the CMMS.
• Participate in continuous improvement and root-cause analysis for safety and reliability.
• Follow electrical codes, lockout/tagout, PPE, and safety policies.
