Qualifications

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Experience with electrical testing equipment and installation/repair of industrial electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled maintenance, work orders, and electrical projects safely, accurately, and on time.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and electrical code specifications to determine layouts and diagnose equipment issues.
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduit, feeders, lighting, Ethernet, coaxial cable assemblies, and related electrical components.
• Test electrical and electronic equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance using appropriate diagnostic tools.
• Maintain, repair, install, and test switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators, reactors, and industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Install, maintain, and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related control devices as assigned.
• Research and identify replacement parts using equipment manuals and computerized resources.
• Document completed work, findings, parts used, and follow-up needs in the computerized maintenance management system.
• Participate in continuous-improvement and root-cause analysis efforts that improve safety, reliability, and operational value.
• Follow applicable electrical codes, lockout/tagout procedures, PPE requirements, and all facility safety policies.
