Apogee Enterprises, Inc. seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician (Journeyman Electrician) to maintain production equipment, facility systems, and utilities across the plant.

The role blends electrical troubleshooting with mechanical maintenance and continuous improvement, requiring hands-on work and strong safety discipline. The ideal candidate has journeyman-level electrical expertise, 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, and the ability to read schematics, install and repair

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license in good standing.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, including electrical troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, drawings, manuals, specs, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial electrical systems, motors, motor controls, and production equipment.
• Perform non‑electrical preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, utilities, and facility systems as assigned.
• Inspect, repair, adjust, replace, and lubricate mechanical components and related equipment.
• Support basic pneumatic and general facility repairs when needed.
• Maintain CMMS records and communicate repair status with teams.
