Job summary

JLL in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the building. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment and mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in MHE repair and predictive/preventive maintenance, a high school diploma, and ability to work flexible shifts, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in repair of material handling equipment.
• 2+ years in predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems.
• Install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Promote safe working environment and follow procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on MHE.
• Move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk up to 12 hour shifts.
