Job summary

Pattison Company is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and inspect electrical systems in a heavy industrial setting. You will work with motors, VFDs, switchgear, and instrumentation to keep production safe and efficient.

Requirements include 3–5 years in industrial electrical maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, Journeyman license preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in mining, aggregate, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments highly desirable.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and status checks on electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and control system failures.
• Install and repair motors, motor controls, VFDs, switchgear, relays, sensors, and environmental control systems.
• Read blueprints and technical manuals to guide maintenance work.
• Replace defective breakers, switches, contactors, fuses, and wiring.
• Identify faults using testing equipment and diagnostic techniques.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Assist with parts identification, inventory management, and material organization.
• Support HVAC and general maintenance tasks when needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and respond to emergencies.
