Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician for our Canton, MA facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain highly automated production equipment and PLC-based systems, ensuring peak uptime and efficiency.

This role requires MA Journeyman Electrician license, 5+ years in industrial maintenance, and hands-on experience with conduit work and motor controls. Join a team that emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in a world-class manufacturing

Qualifications

Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License required.
5+ years in industrial maintenance electrician role.
Experience with troubleshooting automated production equipment and PLCs.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain highly automated production equipment and PLC-controlled machinery.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
Install and bend EMT and Rigid conduit (½"–2").
Diagnose and repair electrical circuits, motors, drives, and control panels.
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled lines and identify root causes of failures.
Support AC/DC motor controls, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics using schematics.
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Complete work orders and maintenance records accurately.
Collaborate with operations and maintenance for reliability improvements.
Uphold safety and environmental compliance and best practices.
