Job summary

HBD Industries in Bellefontaine, OH is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician for a full-time role. The position supports maintenance of plant electrical systems to ensure continuous operation of equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing, familiarity with 480V systems, and hands-on work with contactors, sensors, and relays. Union-represented environment with ongoing training included.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; trade school certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• 2–3 years of electrical experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with 480V and control voltage; able to work with contactors, sensors, relays, and stop/start circuits.
• Completion of maintenance LMS training within 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Quality checks and ISO documentation for customer requirements.
• Use CMMS (Maintain X) for work orders and documentation.
• Follow all HBD Safety Policies.
• Follow lockout/tag procedures for electrical duties.
• Install and checkout new electrical equipment.
• Complete all PM work and documentation for PM compliance.
• Maintain clean work areas and perform post-maintenance cleanup.
