Job description

Do you have a spark for working with electrical and mechanical components? We have an exciting opportunity for anIndustrial Maintenance Electricianat our state-of-the-art facility in Rome, GA. This is a night shift position, working from 5pm to 5am, Thursday to Saturday, and every other Wednesday. The starting pay for this role is $38.97 per hour.

You will be partnering with Operations, Quality Food Safety, and Environmental Health and Safety personnel. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

·Maintaining Equipment and Amplifying Your PLC Knowledge Alternating between troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and on-the-spot machine repair, with a firm focus on programmable logic controllers.

·Analyzing Conditions and Providing Solutions Identifying and examining production equipment failures to understand root cause analysis, interpreting schematics and drawings, and repairing electrical & mechanical systems such as pneumatics, drives, hydraulics, and conveyors.

·Prioritizing Innovation and Communication Actively seeking ways to improve plant efficiency and cost savings, while maintaining an open dialogue with lead and supervisor regarding day-to-day activities.

We’re Looking for Someone With

·High School diploma or GED

·Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

·Demonstrated knowledge of behavior-based safety systems

·Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day, with occasional lifting up to 50lbs

·An active Journeyman license (electrical) or PLC experience
