Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Technician to support electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in a stable manufacturing environment.

The role requires troubleshooting and repair skills, ability to read schematics, and CMMS proficiency to maintain reliable production equipment. Candidates should be prepared for 2nd shift or weekend schedules with safety and quality focus.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Electrical Technology or related field (2-year).
  • 2–4 years industrial maintenance or electrical experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical, PLC, and electronic control circuits.
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams.
  • Knowledge of industrial power and water distribution systems.
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Experience using CMMS to search parts and manage work orders.
  • Strong problem-solving and safety/quality focus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in manufacturing equipment.
  • Design and test minor electrical control circuits and machine-control systems.
  • Install controls by reading schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, panels, breakers, and motors.
  • Diagnose equipment problems and replace defective components.
  • Troubleshoot power and water distribution systems.
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Inspect installed equipment for safety hazards and needed replacements.
  • Dismantle machinery and replace components as needed.
  • Use testing instruments to diagnose issues.
  • Use CMMS to search parts and document work orders.
  • Work independently and support team members.
  • Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Technician to support electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in a stable manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who can troubleshoot industrial electrical and control systems, read schematics and blueprints, perform repairs, and help maintain reliable production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in manufacturing equipment.
  • Design and test minor electrical control circuits and machine-control systems.
  • Install electrical and electronic controls by reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, panels, breakers, conduit, wiring, motors, transformers, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment problems and replace defective components as needed.
  • Troubleshoot electrical power and water distribution systems.
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Inspect installed electrical equipment for safety hazards, required adjustments, and potential replacement.
  • Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical components.
  • Use appropriate electrical testing instruments, tools, and equipment to diagnose system issues.
  • Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to search for parts and document work orders.
  • Work independently and support other maintenance team members as directed by the Group Leader.
  • Follow all safety, quality, maintenance, and manufacturing procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Two-year Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of related industrial maintenance or electrical experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, PLC, and electronic control circuits.
  • Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical power and water distribution systems.
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Ability to use a CMMS to search for parts and manage maintenance work orders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical & Employment Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, stooping, sitting, and manual-dexterity tasks.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, including a baseline lifting test of at least 50 pounds.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Schedule

Option 1 – 2nd Shift:
Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM

Option 2 – Weekend Nights:
Friday–Sunday, 4:00 PM–4:00 AM
