Overview

Do you have experience in disassembling, repairing/replacing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment like motors, conveyors, pumps, belts, chains, etc.? If so, we are looking for you!

Position Details

Hours: Nights 7pm to 7am

Compensation:

• Hourly pay range is $29.93 to $41.02 an hour - paid weekly + additional $1 shift differential for night shift
• Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases
• Referral bonuses and monthly productivity bonuses

Responsibilities

This role involves machine maintenance, including preventative and tier 1 repairs of production equipment, utilities, and facilities, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.

Key Duties

• Perform all work following safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Report problems and carry-over items
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and lifts
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance
• Read and interpret mechanical prints and diagrams
• Use precision tools and testing instruments

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills
• Good mathematical reasoning
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to train others
