Job summary

Printful in Coppell, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Maintenance Associate to operate powered industrial equipment and support production for timely order fulfillment. On-the-job training is provided and a 4th shift will begin later in the year.

You will maintain equipment with a TPM approach, document issues, and help train teammates while adhering to manuals and safety standards in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years relevant work experience
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Knowledge of CMMS software
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lb

Responsibilities

• Adjust equipment settings for peak performance and quality
• Maintain equipment using TPM to prevent breakdowns
• Schedule repairs and inform supervisors of major issues
• Clean equipment to maintain appearance
• Monitor spare parts and inventory, reorder as needed
• Follow manuals and help create SOPs for machinery use
• Maintain maintenance schedule and log issues/work
• Test new machinery and train employees on usage
• Perform other duties as assigned
