Flowers Foods, Inc. in Tyler, TX is offering an Industrial Maintenance Apprenticeship. The role trains hands-on in a fast-paced bakery environment, rotating across equipment and processes while building safety and maintenance skills.

You will shadow experienced technicians, perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and learn to identify wear, troubleshoot drives and conveyors, and uphold company safety and policy standards. Requires high school diploma and enrollment in tech program.

• Safe work habits and proper tool usage in maintenance tasks.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Respond to equipment stoppages and mechanical breakdowns with team.
• Identify wear, troubleshoot, and replace mechanical drive and conveyor components.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow company policies.
