Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the United States (Arkansas) to perform preventative and routine maintenance on production machinery and assist engineers in developing new processes.

You will change over production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior technicians while adhering to safety and ISO goals. Strong English communication and basic PC skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, G.E.D. or recognized equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English to perform duties.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable experience with similar manufacturing equipment.
• Must pass the company’s standard mechanical aptitude evaluation for mechanics.
• Must possess basic personal computer skills sufficient to navigate menus and print documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, routine and minor maintenance on production and support machinery.
• Perform changeovers on production machines and associated equipment as required.
• Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance on malfunctioning machines.
• Assist engineers and operators as required and mentor trainees.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment.
