Job summary

Sentry Equipment Erectors LLC, part of the ProMach family, seeks an Assembly Technician to build machinery components, read blueprints, and ensure adherence to engineering specifications and quality standards.

You will use hand and power tools to assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic parts, align components, perform quality checks, maintain a clean production area, and follow safety procedures daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical assembly is a plus.
• Experience in assembling industrial machinery or heavy equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery assembly processes.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions for machinery.
• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components for industrial machinery.
• Use hand and power tools to drill, tap, bolt, and secure machinery parts together.
• Align and adjust components to ensure proper function and fit.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to verify accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Identify and resolve assembly issues through troubleshooting and adjustments.
• Work with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate builds.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficiency and safety.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
