Job summary

Altium Packaging in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET and injection molding machines to produce high-quality bottles and containers.

You will monitor the production line, perform minor maintenance, adhere to safety policies, GMP practices, and document daily production reports. Experience with blow mold is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is desirable and operator training will be completed within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance to keep production lines running.
• Follow GMP and safety policies; wear PPE and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Prepare and document daily production reports including rejects, regrinds, and line efficiencies.
• Assist with maintenance requests and document equipment repairs.
