Onin Staffing is seeking experienced Industrial Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Richmond, VA. Experience with extrusion machines and insulation processing equipment is preferred.

Job description
A growing manufacturing facility is currently seeking experienced Industrial Machine Operators to join our production team. Candidates with experience operating extrusion machines, insulation processing machines, and other industrial production equipment are encouraged to apply. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for overtime and long-term growth.
- Experience operating industrial production machinery and automated equipment
- Knowledge of extrusion machines and insulation processing equipment preferred
- Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to monitor machine performance and maintain production efficiency
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts is a plus
- Dependable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining clean work areas
