Qualifications

• The candidate is pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Foundational knowledge of corporate finance and interest in finance topics.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate across all levels.
• Strong work ethic and leadership potential.

Responsabilités

• Assist on M&A, private placements, refinancings, and LBOs.
• Research financial statements and industry conditions impacting deals.
• Support senior bankers with deal execution and analysis.
