Vestis is seeking a maintenance professional to support a high-volume industrial laundry facility in Columbus. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and assist with preventative maintenance to keep washers and dryers operating efficiently.

Essentials include a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years in maintenance, with mechanical and basic electrical aptitude. Willingness to work a Monday–Friday shift with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains plant equipment including industrial washers/dryers.
• Repairs and replaces equipment; performs basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
• Troubleshoots technical issues using manuals and schematics.
• Orders parts, tools, and equipment per procurement policy.
• Maintains daily preventive maintenance schedule and records.
• Performs waste solids handling from treatment processes.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment and complies with safety policies.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
