Job summary

Cintas is hiring a Maintenance Technician I to support an industrial laundry facility. You will assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.

Responsibilities include preventive/predictive maintenance, safety tasks, inventory tracking and keeping maintenance records. Shift: 2nd, full-time, on-site at our facility in Madison, AL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and monitor maintenance records.
• Address safety concerns and support housekeeping and site cleanliness.
