Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the 2nd shift at our Jacksonville, FL facility. The role involves repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers, along with performing preventive maintenance and maintaining safety and housekeeping.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on repair experience in industrial settings, can read maintenance literature in English and blueprints,

Qualifications

2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

Assist with maintaining an industrial laundry facility.
Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and resolve safety concerns.
Assist with indoor and outdoor housekeeping and monitoring of inventory.
Maintain maintenance records and logs.
