Job summary

Johnson Electric is seeking an Industrial Launch Intern for Fall Term 2026 in Plymouth, Michigan. This full-time internship runs September to December with a $20-$24 per hour wage.

You will support the Launch team in delivering automotive and industrial parts, report to the Industrial Launch Manager, and help prepare APQP documents and project meetings. Ideal candidates majoring in engineering who are detail-oriented, have good time management, and are proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist Launch Engineer/Manager to manage the projects assigned.
• Participate in necessary meetings, develop meeting minutes and action items.
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete the project within the timeline.
• Assist in preparation of APQP documents.
• Work closely with team to fulfill Johnson Electric’s Product Development standards.
