You must be available for on-call coverage (4–5 days/month) and willing to work 7:00 AM–7:00 PM on a rotating schedule; pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with a $100 boot allowance after 90 days and weekend

Responsibilities

• Perform general industrial labor in demanding industrial environments.
• Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance support, and job site tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly wear PPE.
• Be available for scheduled on‑call coverage (4–5 days/month).
• Work closely with your crew and supervisors to knock jobs out safely and efficiently.
