Responsibilities include assisting foremen, keeping grounds clean, and ensuring equipment runs reliably, with communication across supervisors and crew.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and construction knowledge is desirable.
• Prior safety-conscious work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, equipment operation, grounds and housekeeping tasks.
• Ensure paving housekeeping is maintained and that equipment is running properly.
• Assist foremen with all tasks as needed, follow instructions and perform duties as assigned.
• Safely operate equipment and perform mechanic and general labor duties.
• Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors, drivers and crew, peers, operators, and customers serviced.
