Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a dependable General Laborer to support daily production operations at our Spokane plant. This role involves general manual labor across multiple lines and site support tasks while emphasizing safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include material handling, equipment operation (if trained), housekeeping, and assisting maintenance. The position requires physical work in an industrial environment and strict adherence to PPE and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial environments is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn and rotate between work areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor across the Dock, TDF, Grade, Mulch, and Crumb lines.
• Assist with material handling and machine operation support.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and pallets; move items within the plant.
• Wrap, label, and prepare product for shipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas and equipment.
• Report safety concerns and follow PPE and LOTO procedures.
• Operate equipment if trained (forklift, skid steer, or man lift).
• Support maintenance staff with basic tasks.
