Job summary

Austin Industrial in Houston, TX is seeking a Laborer to support on-site maintenance and construction tasks. You will handle various tasks under supervision, operate hand and power tools, and help keep the job site clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Certification/License: A Valid Driver’s License and TWIC Card.
• Experience: 6+ months of experience in an Industrial setting preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Lifting and working in demanding conditions, incl. heat and heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform strenuous manual labor, including lifting 25+ lbs and working in heat.
• Shovel asphalt or other material into construction areas.
• Assist in patching asphalt and excavating trenches.
• Maintain a clean job site and proper safety procedures.
• Load/unload materials and operate basic tools.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team.
