Shift: Day Shift
Hours: Monday - Thursday (5:30A - 4:00P)

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor foundry equipment, including furnaces, molds, and finishing centers.
  • Prepare molds and cores for casting according to specifications.
  • Pour molten metal into molds and ensure proper cooling processes.
  • Perform quality checks on cast components for defects or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in foundry operations or manufacturing (preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a hot/cold and noisy environment.
  • Familiarity with tools, machinery, and safety practices in a foundry setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
