• Perform strenuous manual labor including lifting 25+ lbs and working in heat.
• Shovel bituminous concrete or other materials into construction areas.
• Assist in patching asphalt and excavate trenches and ditches.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and secure the area daily.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials as directed.
• Follow safety procedures and report problems to foreman or safety staff.
• Operate or assist with equipment safely and communicate effectively.
