Job summary

ETS Staffing is hiring for a 1st Shift Industrial Laborer in Vermont. This in-person, full-time role offers starting pay between $25.56 and $27.56 per hour, a 12-hour rotating day–night schedule, and overtime opportunities. You will operate industrial machinery, handle materials, perform quality checks, and use hand and electric tools.

A high school diploma or GED is required, 2+ years in manufacturing preferred, and a drug screen is required. Weekly pay and on-demand pay option are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a drug screen required
• Capable of physically demanding work (up to 50 lbs)
• Must be able to bend, squat, stand for long periods and work on rotating schedule
• Must follow verbal and written instructions

Your day-to-day as an Industrial Laborer:

• Perform highly physical industrial labor by safely operatingindustrial machinery and production equipment
• Handle production materials and use various hand tools and electric equipment to efficientlyand safely meet goals
• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Utilize computer software for production-related tasks
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Your skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred or relevant experience with laborious roles
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Ability to pass a drug screen is required
• Capable of performing very physical work similar in intensity to construction, farming, or masonry
• Able to bend, squat, and lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Follow verbal and written instructions and adapt to a rotating schedule
