Job summary

ETS in Vermont is seeking an Industrial Laborer for an in-person, full-time role on a 12-hour rotating day-night schedule. Starting pay is $25.56–$27.56 per hour, with overtime opportunities and weekly pay.

You will operate industrial machinery and production equipment, handle materials, perform quality checks, and use computer software for production tasks. A strong emphasis on safety and a need to pass a drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing preferred or relevant labor experience.
• Pass a drug screen is required.
• Physically capable of very demanding work similar to construction, farming, or masonry.
• Able to bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout shift.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and adapt to a rotating schedule.

Your day-to-day as an Industrial Laborer:

• Perform highly physical industrial labor by safely operatingindustrial machinery and production equipment
• Handle production materials and use various hand tools and electric equipment to efficientlyand safely meet goals
• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Utilize computer software for production-related tasks
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Your skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred or relevant experience with laborious roles
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Ability to pass a drug screen is required
• Capable of performing very physical work similar in intensity to construction, farming, or masonry
• Able to bend, squat, and lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Follow verbal and written instructions and adapt to a rotating schedule
