Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in electronics or electromechanical tech.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with basic electrical/electromechanical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing, field, and customer-reported issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support root-cause investigations, containment, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct electrical and electromechanical diagnostics and assist failure analysis.
• Perform product testing including performance, thermal, safety, reliability, and design validation.
