Job summary

Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida is seeking a dedicated worker to assist in producing high-quality sugar by operating and maintaining juice clarification and heating equipment. You will join a team ensuring efficient processing and adherence to safety standards throughout the crop season.

The role involves basic maintenance, quality checks, and collaboration with supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Two years of industrial equipment operation experience preferred.
• Experience with juice clarification and filtration is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to support diverse team and operations.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains juice heaters and related equipment during crop season.
• Assists with quality checks on juice to maintain established standards.
• Assists with routine maintenance and minor repairs on clarification and heating equipment.
