Job summary

Lee Industrial Contracting seeks an experienced journeyman plumber to join our on-site Midland team. You will perform commercial and industrial piping installs, brazing, soldering, and system repairs, following codes and blueprints to ensure safe, reliable work.

The role requires 4–5 years of plumbing experience, a valid journeyman license, and the ability to read isometrics and schematics. We offer training, competitive wages, and benefits including 401(k) and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Journeyman plumber license and proven commercial/industrial plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, building codes, and manufacturing guidelines.
• Experience with piping, valves, fittings, and brazing/soldering.
• Ability to read isometrics, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and bend pipe and tubing to required lengths and angles.
• Braze and solder copper piping as required.
• Thread and assemble steel piping according to plans.
• Install valves, hangers, supports, and flanges per specs.
• Repair leaks in pipe systems; ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate materials, labor, and equipment with teams.
• Train and develop apprentices.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
