Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman license with 5+ years in commercial/industrial plumbing.
• Knowledge of state and local plumbing regulations.
• Proficiency with pressure gauges and leak-detection tools.
• Experience with piping materials and installation methods.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Follow state and local plumbing regs to code.
• Use pressure gauges and leak-detection tools.
• Work with couplings, cement, solvents, clamps, welding, brazing.
• Hang steel supports from joists for pipe placement.
• Install storm, sanitary, gas, vent, and water piping systems and fixtures.
• Prioritize safety per OSHA 10/30 on all sites.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
