Qualifications

• Active State of Michigan Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• 3+ years as a Journeyman, leading crews and mentoring apprentices.
• Industrial electrical experience with hands-on troubleshooting in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct electrical work on industrial job sites and manage crews.
• Inspect installations for quality and code compliance.
• Uphold job-site safety standards and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues from start to finish without full schematics.
• Read blueprints, plans, and drawings; interpret rough sketches.
