Job summary

TEAM Group is seeking enthusiastic Janitorial Cleaners for the Navistar Plant location in San Antonio, TX. The role offers a day shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with overtime and weekends available, and a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Candidates should have basic high school education or equivalent and be able to commute to the plant location. Responsibilities include deep cleaning of common areas and office spaces, maintaining bathrooms and breakrooms, and using cleaning equipment and chemicals in

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial or janitorial cleaning is asset.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Motivated and self-driven, with a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to reliably commute to San Antonio, TX for work.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean and maintain common areas, bathrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and office spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces throughout the facility and manufacturing areas/equipment as required.
• Utilize provided cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Abide by all health and safety policies, practices, and procedures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift to move materials and carry supplies.
• Perform physically repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment, including bending, lifting, pushing/pulling, using stairs, reaching, scrubbing, prolonged standing, and walking.
• Follow all company and site instructions and building protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.
