Job summary

4M Building Solutions is hiring a General Cleaner in San Antonio, TX. You will start as an essential frontline worker, trained in our green-cleaning practices and equipped with PPE. Primary duties include wiping surfaces, trash removal, replenishing supplies, and floor care, with shifts from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday through Friday.

No janitorial experience is required as training is provided. A drug screen and background check are required, and transportation may be needed for some locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No prior experience required; training provided in our best practices.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Must comply with safety guidelines and wear PPE when required.
• Reliable transportation and access to a personal vehicle may be needed for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect surfaces using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Wipe down countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report repairs or leaks noticed during duties.
