Qualifications

• Willing to train the right people for janitorial roles.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and 18+ years old.
• Background check and drug test completed prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, vacuum, sweep, mop, and scrub in warehouse settings.
• Sanitize restrooms and breakrooms; wipe surfaces and fixtures.
• Dust and wipe office furniture; clean windows and blinds.
• Restock supplies; manage trash and liners; maintain labeling of chemicals.
• Operate basic janitorial equipment and handle safety procedures.
• Support general housekeeping and comply with Sizemore's policies.
