Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• General knowledge of cleaning.
• Preferred experience with industrial coatings operations and best practices.
• Must be able to successfully pass site course / exam.
• Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy.
• Comply with company and client job site safety requirements.
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Maintains premises and keeps rest and working areas clean and orderly.
• Performs surface preparation per specification to ensure proper adhesion of materials.
• Applies protective coatings to customer assets for corrosion prevention and hazard recognition.
• Assists skilled workers as needed and follows supervisor directions.
