Join Sundt, one of Arizona's leading builders, on a high-profile industrial project. We’re seeking Ironworker Helper / laborers with experience in heavy commercial/industrial construction. This is long-term, full-time work with overtime opportunities and a pre-employment drug screening.

You will assist skilled craft workers, follow directions, and uphold safety with a professional team. Applicants must have NCCER Core, HS diploma, and several years in industrial construction; reliable

Qualifications

• NCCER Core Curriculum and/or a High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One year experience (level I), two years' experience (level II) and three plus years' experience in industrial/construction preferred.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Effective Math skills - add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Eliminate WASTE such as waiting, rework, transporting, material storage and time.
• If unsure about any aspect of the work or issues regarding safe practices ask a supervisor before continuing.
• Learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work.
• Learn to safely and effectively use or operate work related tools and equipment.
• Look for opportunities for improvement in all tasks, means and methods and be willing to learn from others.
